Construction Updates

1190 and 1200 Lorne Park Road, (6 townhouses and 4 semi-detached dwellings):     Staff expect that City approvals will be available in the summer.  The developer has advised that they are still selling the homes, so while they anticipate that there could be some site preparation work in the fall, it is unlikely that they will start construction until 2023.   For more information, please contact Michael Franzolini, Planner, 905-615-3200, ext.  8232, michael.franzolini@mississauga.ca
